There is a saying, If you want to get something done, ask a busy person. I think Lauren Fitzpatrick fits that saying perfectly.
Lauren is the founder of Everybody Fitz, a nonprofit in Melrose with a mission of enhancing community well-being, focusing particularly on mental health by fostering safe, inclusive, and diverse environments that promote learning and fun.
Along with raising 3 children, she collaborates with other local nonprofits to include workshops, support groups, and community gatherings, all aimed at bolstering mental health awareness.
Lauren has organized after school dances and youth game nights. Recently she coordinated a resource fair with over 20 organizations that deal with addiction, violence, mental health and others.
