On the fifth day of Christmas, my true love gave to me, a key lime pie from Gloria Gabriel!
It is hard to describe the delicate balance of sweet and tang. Each bite is an explosion of flavor with a graham cracker crust that adds to the experience.
Gloria’s pecan pie makes me want to be a closet eater and not share. Not sure how she makes it, so it is not too sweet – don’t get me wrong, it is sweet, just not over the top.
Born in the Philippines, Gloria has a background in business but chose to pursue her passion as a pastry chef. I am so glad Gloria listened to her heart and bakes her sweet confections.
