Methodist Church Stained Glass

Driving north on Main Street at night, glance to the right and you will see the magnificent stained-glass window of the First United Methodist Church of Melrose (645 Main Street).
Mary DiPirro describes the window lit up at night as breathtaking and I could not agree more.
Margo McCole, Office Manager of the church was able to discover some information on this stunning window in a booklet written in 2003 about all the Church’s windows.
The “Ascension” window was created in 1908 by Tiffany Studios, a gift from Sarah Hunt in memory of her late husband, Frank.
Thank you, Margo, for your assistance and Mrs. Hunt for gifting this incredible window to the Church and all the citizens of Melrose. It really is breathtaking!
