Turner's Seafood

Alert: You are reading a review of a seafood restaurant from someone who doesn’t eat seafood.
I have the fortune/misfortune to marry a man who LOVES seafood so off to Turner's Seafood Grill & Market we go.
For the non-seafood eaters: The Chicken piccata is excellent and the chicken fingers are super, side of buffalo sauce is just the right spice. The crunch salad is fresh and packed with flavor. The menu has a couple of other chicken entrees, burgers, and steak. Non-seafood eaters will not be disappointed and definitely won’t starve!
Seafood eaters (all of this is hearsay) clam chowder and lobster bisque are excellent; Nana Turner’s secret recipe fish cakes are delish. You can’t go wrong with the haddock dinner and the swordfish is cooked perfectly with innovative sides.
Drinks have a strong pour, and the service is solid. On our last visit, Charlotte was our waitress, and she was fun, knowledgeable, and efficient.
This Family-owned restaurant features a lively oyster bar. Their Fish Market has a nice selection of fresh fish for grilling season. Take-out is available.
The Turner family also owns Rising Eagle – another favorite restaurant of mine - and Turner’s Seafood in Salem, MA.
I love supporting local business/merchants.
